the smoothie is just coconut water and coconut meat blended!!
This coconut water is sooooo refreshing and replenishes your electrolytes!! great for after a workout.
the coconut meat comes frozen in a bag and in each bag you get approximately 2 coconuts worth of meat!!
Yesterday and Today i made this nutrient-dense thick and creamy smoothie!!
3/4 cup coconut meat
3/4 cup coconut water
2 handfuls spinach
1 1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla (i used vanilla fresh from the pod!! it totally makes the flavor!!)
dash sea salt

check out today's juices. i did pineapple ginger juice and then two pure green juices!! i drank some separate and mixed some together throughout the morning!!
the pure green juices included kale, celery, cucumber, parsley, cilantro, spinach, collards, lemon and ginger.
owen and i had a fabulous day friday enjoying the beautiful weather. we biked on the trail together, played at the park and had a picnic together.

after picking mason up at school we went bike riding again!!
check out mason's new trek bike!!! now he can go super fast!!!
