5 stalks celery
1/2 large cucumber
3 fuji apples (decrease apples if you want less sugar)
1 box sunflower sprouts
1 box pea sprouts
1 box alfalfa sprouts
1 box broccoli sprouts
1 large handful curly kale
1 large handful flat kale
1 large handful chard
1 large handful spinach
1 handful cilantro
1 handful parsley
1 handful beet greens
juice of 2 lemons
juice of 2 inches of ginger ** i love ginger!!
