Try this delicious and simple mash to put on crackers, sprouted breads or in salads.
1/2 cup arame and hijiki
3/4 ripe avocado
dash of sea salt
optional: add cilantro, parlsey, tumeric or cumin
*mash all above ingredients
today i placed this mash on top of lydia's organic crackers and ate it with a big green salad with fresh greens and produce from the Bethesda Central Market- delicious, fresh and nutrient-dense!!!
Soooo simple and fast!!
