Hubby's Morning Smoothie:
Sunflower and Pumpkin Seed Milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 big scoop healthforce nutritional vanilla protein
1 dropper toffee stevia
1 scoop acai powder
1 tbsp dulse

Zucchini Noodles with Cheesy Sunflower Garlic Dressing- this dressing is my new fave!!
Cheesy Sunflower
Garlic Dressing
¼ cup
sunflower seeds
1 ½-2 garlic
cloves
1 stalk
green onion
¾ cup hemp
oil
2 tbsps
chick pea miso paste
1 ½ tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 ½ tbsps
fresh lemon juice
2 tbsps
nutritional yeast
¼ tsp
cayenne pepper
Dash of salt
Use Spirooli
or Spiral Slicer to make Zucchini noodles. Add all dressing ingredients to vitamix
blender, blend, pour over noodles and toss.
Garnish with a few shakes of nutritional yeast and chopped scallions.
Plus i had a few bites of Susie Sprout Beet Sprout Salad!!
Tonight the boys drank smoothies with their dinner. They love drinking their smoothie out of to-go plastic cups so i save them and we reuse. i know this is not great but they will drink almost anything if they are in those cups!!
