today was another action packed day!! woke to make green juices and at gym by 7. off to my organic market to load up on nutrient-dense food for the week. to soccer practice for mason and owen, quick snack of apples and almond butter for boys and then off to tai kwon doe for mason. next i took the boys for a relaxing lunch where we got to sit, chat and have fun. then home for more soccer in the back yard. i was happy to relax and enjoy this delicious salad while the boys dug in the dirt out back!!!
1 cup sunflower sprouts
1 cup arugula blend greens
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp kelp
1 tbsp dulse
1 large very ripe avocado
1/4 cup cultured carrots
1/4 cup cultured sauerkraut
sprinkle of hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds
*i mixed all the above together, placed in nori roll and sprinkled nutritional yeast on each bite!! yummy!! Plus i ate a huge bowl of kale chips for the crunchy texture!!!
i feel totally nourished and satisfied!!!
