Detox Day 1

I'm in the process of doing a 7-10 Day detox and i will be posting what i do each day. The goal of this is to inspire you and others to detox regularly!! We are inundated with toxins daily from the food we eat and the air we breathe to our daily lifestyle and stress. we have control over many things that effect our health and one of those is what we eat and do on a daily basis. So be pro-active and start making little changes every day.

As i said in a previous blog post i'm experimenting with the Garden of Life Raw Cleanse this detox. i usually don't use special powders etc but i will see how i feel and if i like it.

My daily rituals and nutrition today:
wake
morning yoga practice
water / lemon/ probiotic
kombucha tea while making green juice for the day
yoga class
10:00ish Garden of Life Cleanse toxin defense packet
Garden of LIfe Cleanse organ detox capsules- 3
Green Juice with supplements: multi, vit D3, B-complex, B12, omega zen (omega 3s), vit c, calcium
Green Juice with wheatgrass powder
green juice with pure synergy powder
(total green juice approximately 50 ounces)
green juice today included: cucumber, celery, apples, broccoli sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, pea sprouts, kale, chard, cilantro, parsley, romaine, dandelion greens, spinach, green leaf, ginger and lemon
Drank green juice all morning while doing activities with kids (took mason to karate and the to park with family to ride bike- sooo much fun!!)

raw fermented sauerkraut and carrots, alfalfa sprouts with sprinkles of nori, kelp and dulse, carrots and red peppers
skin brush and shower followed by moisturize with coconut oil
6:15ish Garden of Life digestion and elimination powder
8ish kombucha tea
meditation and deep breathing practice
