Carrot Juices / Arugula Avocado Salad / Spring Break

Fabulous week so far!! beautiful weather, lots of activity and nutritious and delicious juices and food!!
We started the day with this delish smooth and creamy juice:

7 large carrot
8 leaves romaine
2 large handfuls baby spinach

the boys enjoyed their buckwheat pancakes which include organic buckwheat pancake mix, an egg, homemade almond milk, sun warrior protein powder, hemp seeds, flax oil, coconut nectar, vanilla stevia and dash of cinnamon!! they love them!!


We spent the morning doing easter eggs at a friend's house!! soooo much fun. i took along my carrot ginger juice to kick up the creativity while doing eggs!! then we were off to the park.

Home for a lunch break. We were totally nourished with this arugula salad i put into a nori roll!!


arugula
herb mix salad
alfalfa sprouts
red pepper
cultured carrots
cultured mixed veggies
dulse/kelp
1 avocado
1 large clove crushed garlic
1 tbsp scallions
*mash everything together, place in nori roll and enjoy!!!

then we were off to another park for a bike ride, basketball, swings and more!!! the park is near horse stables so we got to watch the horses in action. i love afternoons in the sun at the park!! i wish i had pics of the bike ride but i only too video!! i love bike riding with the boys.
