Alkalize Your Diet

I attended the "healthy water" workshop today and it reminded me about why i eat a high raw diet. there are sooo many toxins around us and we can not avoid all of them. we need to be pro-active and do what we can with the factors that we do have control over- such as what we eat/drink. we need to eat/drink an alkalizing diet filled with enzymes, probiotics, anti-oxidants and more good stuff.

Eat/drink the following alkalizing foods every day!!




alkalizing water
almonds, brazil nuts, sesame seeds, flaxseeds
avocados
coldpressed oils such as hemp, flax, borage seed
grains- quinoa, buckwheat
wheatgrass!!!!
green drinks!!!!!
green veggies- kale, collards etc.
lemons, limes, grapefruit
lentils and other beans
miso
oil-cured olives
raw tomatoes, (cooked are acidic)
root veggies- sweet potatoes
seaweed
sprouts
stevia
