Kids Morning Smoothie


Here is the morning smoothie my kids are sipping on now:

base of my green juice made with loads of greens, sprouts and apple ginger and lemon
2 bananas
handful strawberries and mango
handful chard
1 scoop of sun warrior vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp probiotic powder

they started the day with water and then a big bowl of cantaloupe!!

great start to the day!!
