Owen's Green Smoothie
Here is what i threw together for owen's (my 2 year-old)green smoothie today- every day its a little different:
1 cup almond milk- homemade
1 cup hemp milk- homemade
1 handful sunflower sprouts
1 handful kale
1 banana
1 handful goji berries
1 scoop sun warrior brown rice vanilla protein
1 serving probiotic powder
1 dropper vanilla stevia
honestly, i don't taste the smoothies i make for the kids i just know they eat them up and therefore, they must be delicious!! they will tell me if they are not. this one was a big hit!!
