Today was another delicious simple juice cleanse day!! today is day 5 of my juice/smoothie cleanse. tomorrow i plan to juice all day and eat food mid-afternoon. today was basically just like yesterday. check it out:

probioitc, digestive enzymes
warm water, lemon, cayenne
7ish chlorella tablets and green juice
9:00ish green juice and supplements, shot of e-3 live
10-1ish green juice blended with chlorella
1:30-2:15 yoga and gyrotonic exercise
2:15 warm water with lemon and cayenne
3ish 4 ounces beet juice
4-5ish carrot juice with ginger
7ish kombucha tea
my green juice today:
sunflower, pea, alfalfa, broccoli sprouts
kale, chard, collards, romaine, spinach, beet greens, dandelion greens
i'm feeling light and energetic. Cleansing or eating simple always clears my mind, body and spirit! anytime you are going through a tough situation, feel tired, feel stuck or frustrated or just need a break do a juice or liquid nutrition cleanse to reboot!! You can even juice all day and eat a simple dinner. everyone can cleanse in one way or another!!
Eating light on my "work days", tuesdays-thursdays, is easiest for me. Those are the days that i'm often going from client to client and liquid nutrition is easy and keeps me energized all day!!
