Liquid Nutrition Day

Today was a long work day- 7am to 7pm- and i'm excited to sit down!!
Today was a liquid nutrition day.

Here is most of what i drank today.

water with lemon and cayenne
3 16 ounce green juices (the one was full before i took a few sips) plus chlorella tablets
cucumber, celery, apple, sunflower sprouts, pea sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, kale, bok choy, cilantro, parsley, romaine, spinach, chard, collards, lemon, ginger
supplements: b-12, d3, multi, omega 3s, vit c, b-complex
1 2oz shot e-3 live
2 20 ounce smoothies
coconut water, goji berries, blue berries, mango, banana, sun warrior, pure synergy, barley grass powder, acai, pomegranate powder, camu camu, ionic minerals, crystal energy, dulse, kelp
20 ounces vanilla cinnamon almond milk
almond milk, vanilla bean, dates, cinnamon
kombucha tea

Time for bed!!! tomorrow will be a pure juice cleanse!!
