5am warm water, lemon and cayenne in the morning
yoga practice
7am green juice plus chlorella tablets
11:15ish more green juice plus chlorella tablets
green juice till 2ish
2:30 warm water, lemon, cayenne
3:15 4 ounces beet juice
3:30-5 cucumber juice
kombucha tea
off to bed for a great night sleep!! kelly
